How Referearns Works..

Step 1: Geetha(employer) Posts Job and sets a referral reward of Rs.10000. Step 2: Users(Murali and Susan) Search for Jobs by clicking Refer & Earn links
Step 3: (i)Murali applies for the job by clicking Apply to this Job button. (ii) Susan Refers his Friends (Hari & Uma) for the job by clicking Refer it on link and entering their email ids.

Step 4: Murali gets the job offer after interviews on Jan 4th. Step 5: Geetha pays the referral reward Rs.10000 to Referearns on Feb 4th. Step 6: Murali gets the referral reward of Rs.10000 from Referearns on March 6th.	Step 4: Uma applies for the job based on referral from Susan. Step 4: Uma gets the job offer after interviews on Jan 6th. Step 5: Geetha pays the referral reward Rs.10000 to Referearns on Feb 6th. Step 6: Susan and Uma get equal share of (Rs.5000 each) the referral reward of Rs.10000 from Referearns on March 8th.	Step 4: Hari refers the job to his friends (Ram & Nanda) Step 4: Ram applies for the job based on referral from Hari. Step 4: Ram gets the job offer after interviews on Jan 7th. Step 5: Geetha pays the referral reward Rs.10000 to Referearns on Feb 7th. Step 6: Susan, Hari and Ram get equal share of (Rs.3333 each) the referral reward of Rs.10000 from Referearns on March 9th.
